If you are successful in the Creating Change Grant Programme, you will not be eligible to apply the Standard Grant Programme until the Creating Change Grant is complete. When would we know if we are successful? All organisations will be informed if they have been successful or not, by post, during December 2007. What will you ask for if our organisation receives a grant? Your organisation will be asked to draw up milestones which will be reviewed annually to monitor the progress of your project. We will also ask you to submit annual financial expenditure of the grant. What documents do we need to send in with the application form? The essential enclosures required are all listed at the bottom of the last page of the application form. It is vital that ALL enclosures are submitted, otherwise your application will not go forward for assessment. Will someone come and visit us?
