Sandara Kelso-Robb - Executive Director
Sandara joined the Foundation in 2003 and has been active in the voluntary sector for over 20 years. An experienced fundraiser as well as grant maker, Sandara continues to be an active volunteer within a range of organisations and initiatives.
Sinéad Tierney - Assistant Director
Sinéad had worked in grant making in the voluntary sector for over 7 years before joining the Foundation in January 2004, having previous experience in European and Government funding programmes.
Joanne Byrne - Grants Officer
Joanne joined the Foundation in January 2005 after completing a BSc in Psychology at Queens University, Belfast in June 2004. Previous employment included the Housing Executive and various companies in the private sector.
Brenda Kennedy - Grants Officer
Brenda joined the Foundation in July 2008, having 5 years experience working for an Intermediary Funding Body administering funding via the EU Programme for Peace and Reconciliation. Brenda graduated from Queens University, Belfast in 2004 with a degree in Business IT.
Caroline Fulton - Senior Administrative Officer
Caroline commenced employment with Lloyds TSB Foundation in May 2008 after completing a degree in Business Studies from the University of Ulster in Jordanstown. She has had previous experience in the private sector with organisation's such as First Trust Bank and The Europa Hotel. She also plays an active volunteering role in youth work within the local community.
Gavin Watters - Administrative Officer
Gavin joined the foundation in November 2011, having worked with HCL Technologies as a Customer Services Administrative Officer for 7 years. He completed his BA degree in Modern History and Social Anthropology in 2006, and MA in Social Anthropology in 2007, both at Queen’s University Belfast. Gavin has previously worked as a voluntary researcher for the Irish FA Community Relations team, and has a keen and on-going interest in supporting local football.
